Anyone tried Tummy Flat capsules??

Hi pple,

Anyone consumed Tummy Flat before? Is it effective as what e tv advertisement said? Wil there be any side effects after eating them??? How many bottles one need to consume to see results?? Pls kindly advise... :D

hmm. how much does it costs?

i think if u are able to detox all the toxics inside your body, your tummy will slim down. and by detoxing, u can stay healthy as well.

I don't need to try them to tell you they don't work.

The only way to really lose weight is:

a) reduce your caloric intake
b) get exercise

Both are important but point "a" is most important. No amount of fancy pills or gimmicks are going to do it.

haha. ok. i agree. with point a. i reduce calaries intake with meal replacement and lose around 7kg recently. but i didnt exercise =p
i know exercise will lose weight,, but i just too lazy to do so. haa.
will will will exercise after i lose more weight then =p

hi! can try b&h. i notice the first place to slim is ur tummy. will be flatter. but of cos will have flabby skin left so taking imu6 also to tighten the skin. cheap, efficient!(: i got my pdts at member price so cheaper than outside

hmm. imu 6 is for building muscles and toning up, not for tightening skin ba. haa. =>
anyway, it helps for beauty effect too.

I tried but it didn't work on me at all.

Charlatan is right. The best way is to reduce your caloric intake and exercise.
