Has anybody tried their tummy trimming sessions ie: Cold wraps? Are they effective?

Dear abbby ,,try to do a search on slimming centres. I have been there ,and I feel like bombing that place hahaha...I have written what exactly they do ok... cold wrap is nothing but torture ..worse of all its all temporary. The moment you stop .your inches grow. I paid $1500 for 20 sessions for nothing. Now I am happier taking my pills.

I tried it a few years ago. I forgot how many sessions, but it didn't work at all! Really torturous coz I was shivering in the wraps, and yet couldn't do anything but stand around or sit down and try to read something. Terrible experience for me.

Yeah thats a good way of torturing people. You know now OTO got the Flabolos, machine is it..its the same that you use at MFB.I dont think its good at all..I rather buy a treadmill or a stairclimber. :)
