Advise required to invest in Thailand as Singaporean Company

I need professional help here... I am trying to invest in Thailand for Silver Resort business... I have been told that if Singaporean company invest in Thailand, the Singaporean company can own 100% of the Land... Is it right information?

On my his understanding, it would depend on the type of industry and/or on whether the property is in one of the approved industrial zones.

Basic rule of thumb is that only Thais can own Thai land. There are ways around this, usually involving companies with silent majority Thai shareholders, but this is risky. Get a second opinion if somebody tells you otherwise.
