How does one go about buying a motorcycle in Singapore?? And how much does it cost?

Hi ! buying a motorcycle in Singapore is easy as long as you got the license. The price relatively cheap i must say but also really depending on the CC, brand, second hand or brand new. Just for your comparison we bought 1 year old Honda 1100 Pan Europen from a friend 5 yrs back for S$13k.

Since share prices usually falls after dividend ex-date, isn't it better to buy after the ex-date (rather than buying for the dividends)?

Does it make more sense to buy a condo in Singapore rather than to pay rent to the landlords?

I already own - the issue is that this distorts the market unevenly. It swings to the market towards the new units and away from the resale units.
