I am relocating to Singapore soon with my two children aged 8 and 6. I am not sure what to bring. Should I bring all toys, games, bikes, roller blades etc or just buy new ones here.

Depends if you want to spend money to buy new stuff. Things here may be much cheaper than Europe or US but everything adds up. I guess you have to look at the cost of shipping vs cost of buying locally. I suspect it will be almost equivalent, in which case, toys you can hand carry, bring it and if you have to ship it, buy new.
