There are many types of facial mask available in the market; Let me cite you some of it and what is suitable for you

1. Clay / Wash off mask- Suitable for Oily skin
2. Peel mask- Normal to dry skin
3. Cotton Mask( similar to SKII Mask)- Dry skin. Oily skin, PLEASE AVOID

Some pointers that you have to know...
1. Avoid squeezing the pimples yourself. Our pores is grown is such where
all the pores are grown @ different direction, squeezing at the wrong direction will result more outbreak and scars.
2. Change your personal bedsheets and pillow case for personal hygience.
3. Do not overcleanse your face. Max to 3 times a day.
4. Do not let the shampoo run down directly from your face. This is due to harsh chemical from the shampoo.

Prevent Ageing

1. SUNBLOCK IS A MUST! this is the 1st step to youthful.. Do not use too high SPF as it may caused skin cancer. Age around 20-35 , SPF 20 will be ideal. Sunblock helps to defense pigmentation/freckles.
2. Eat more antioxidant food like green and coloured vegetable. They are good source of anti-ageing food.
3. Drink at least a glass of Green Tea but not more then 3 glasses, bad for grastic. Moderate please.
