Personal favourite is Shammus O'Donnells aka SOD's at 54 Tras street at lunch time...great Lasagna and chips or salad.
If you want to play with the Big Dogs you can't pee like a Puppy!

Regarding lasagna & Pasta .. Never experience good one in restaurant before except once in Rome! Since then my home cook lasagna still the best for me :D.
