verbal offer of employment has been offered.

The delay may have been the time the doctor took to send the details. I know that may sound strange but the same happens here even when the doctor works for the company! Anyway welcome to Britain and enjoy your training.

you mean your friends got the call from BA already? When did they receive the call?

I just came back from overseas, and my phone was off for the whole of last week.

Will they call again? Hope they won't think that I am not interested and forget about me...

Yes Luv_BA, the selected candidates were called up last week.

Did u check your email? They went sent an email informing abt what to perpare for the upcoming meeting to sign the employment letter.

If I'm not wrong, my friend mentioned that 20 of them were selected this time round.

I not surprised at your nic.

Give your question a little thought. BA= British Airways - a british company that trains its staff here in London and is therefore subject to UK law. Hence yes the procedure is different to SIA. I have already posted that but some wise guy tried to contradict as if I don't know what goes on in my own country.
