Hi Everyone my Name Is Iefendy,
i am indonesian, who had graduated from college on November 2005.
i would like to apply Landed PR on Singapore, but i am not confident in getting it because my degree result is not very good.
B.A. Business Information Technology, 2005
Conferred by University of Coventry, UK
Second Class Lower Degree in Business Information Technology
can anyone share their experience in applying Landed PR in Singapore?

Hi,
I think u will need to work here first assuming u have not work her yet. Get a job and then apply for a PR later that is the usual way. With a degree you should be able to get a PR later, but u will need to secure a job and prove that you can contribute here.
Alternatively you can go the express way by investing in a business with at least S$200,000 and buy a
property near S$1,000,000.
