Some did not become Stars but instead were in the limelight for the wrong reasons, like the murderer Constance Chee was SIA stewardess, also read in the papers a hit & run driver was a Malay SIA steward.

Next time anyone asks me "So what did you do before?"

I was a STAR! :D

Actress perhaps - But there's like I think 6000-7000 crew, not all will become actresses or actors - Only a select few who manage to get there!

STC - Stepping stone to Caldecott Hill :P (Hahahahaha)

Constance Chee - Merlion, it's the karung guni daughter's manslaughter case, she was an SQ Leading stewardess. She got sacked if I recalled and her spiral when down from there, paranoia then schizophrenia. Actually we do have cases of crew or ex-crew getting in trouble in the law - It happens. I know an IFS who bashed a new steward while clubbing got a jail term and lost his job. An SQ crew who hit and run over an eldery man, etc. Make sure you take care of your physical health but mental health is also important! Remember you get convicted, you're out - Period.

Good luck.

toygirl/Merliongal26,

To add to that, other instances include, Sok Gek Khim, Tan Siew Fong, murderer Zaini Jelloni, the LS who took a funny turn and walked through a plane naked after committing an offence in Australia - life after cabin crew for some. :(

Plavt.
