I had rent a Service Apartment with a deposit of $1000 for a couple month until we found a condo we're liveing now. I found the agent , Rebel Capital Management Pte Ltd online, "http://www.valuestayinsingapore.com.

At the move-out,they claimed $600 for the heatburn of the worn-out dining table
We haven't got even $400 as they keep telling us tomorrow until now.

Do you have any idea how to get the refund?

Give 'em one last deadline and tell them to cough up the cash or you'll take them to the Small Claims Tribunal. And if they don't pay up, do it.

Thank you. I will write a letter with a deadline first.
The small claim court willl charge me $105 for stamp fee and $300 for an initial deposit for the Bailiff's Expenses which means almost will turn out to be even.
