It'd be a IP based call center with both inbound and outbound capacity. I'm hoping to service both customer service processes and telemarketing. On top of that, I'm still assessing the feasibility of offering a hosted Click2Call service for SOHO/small businesses whereby they take their own calls and we provide the hosted solution. Nothing is concrete though. I'm looking for someone intersted in this type of biz to work together.
