Not a question of self-esteem; you need to meet the requirements of the job, if you don't then you need to concentrate your efforts in that area - just a bit of time.

i know that passenger some are very demanding cause ive been workin with the airlines before, so to me thats not the matter, ive been dealing with passenger/customer since 5 yrs....
