3) $2-3 (cheapest kind, in a sixpack)
4) $15 (cheap Oz plonk) and up, up and away
5) $5-6 (big bottle)
Happy hours are common, but usually offer only house pours at 1:1. Dbl O is famous for their $3 house pours policy, and women can often drink for free at ladies nights.
