Sorry to hear about your situation.

I suggest getting a bottle of pure Vit E oil capsules. Take one every day and apply one on the affected areas daily too.

Also u can consider getting scrubs/loofas to scrub the dead skin cells off so the scars appear lighter.

I have experienced pimples on my back before. And worked in a spa for 2 years so I understand how it feels...

The pimples might be caused my the humidity over here so you have the tendency to sweat and it will clog your pores. Or it could be the food that you eat. So I recommend that you find out the source... Either you take regular showers or you change your diet (less oily food).

Try anti-bacterial shower gel might be a bit dry on skin so pick wisely. Use a shower scrub (sea salt) once a week.

It might not be as easy as it seems... scarring as in already created marks? Or are there still pimples popping up? Generally I would suggest that you try a purifying mud mask for your back for the pimples. Requires hard work... If it's for the scars that has been formed for ages and has brown marks... you might want to try lightening/whitening cream or AHA products.

Heard that Dandruff shampoo e.g. Head & Shoulder is good for pimples on back. Just use it like a shower gel and it get rid of back pimples!

I have the same problem as you.. I'm beautician n makeup artist myself. Lucky my face no pimples n scar. but my back gives me big headache. pimples, scars since youth..

My regimen which get me better:
Daily treatment
Anti-bacterial shower gel/soap for cleansing.
Apply oil-control/purifying toner with cotton pad.
Apply anti-blemish gel/cream. let it dry/set
Apply minimal pure aloe vera gel

Every 2 days alternate
Use body scrub to scrub your back [i.e. replace shower gel] and do the rest of the daily regimen

Weekly treatment
Scrub Back
Apply Purifying/Pore Cleansing/Deep cleansing Mask for 15mins [I use Artistry & Yves Rocher]
Toner
Whitening essence [let is dry/set]
then aloe vera gel

now my back is under control. hardly pop pimples n scar is getting lighter.
no need to bother about the brand i mention. u can find the brand tat u like. just ensure the product serves its purpose..
