Can spouse of ELS teacher live in Singapore?

Hi all,
I just wonder if my hubby took a job as ELS teacher in Singapore and can I come live with him as well. Did the school normally sponsoring the visa for spause ELS teacher? If not but I'm still want to live there with him and what kind of visa should I apply and how much for the fee?

I'm originally an Indonesian but now American citizen. Do you think can help me get the visa to stay and live there.
