RUNNING/blading half marathon this weekend

Hey all,
for all those crazy people that have decided to run the SAFRA half marathon next weekend 27th. We are having a "TRAINING" run (crazy @#@$) this sunday. you wil have a rollerblading assistant to carry your purchase 100 plus. (this is a limited time only)
Meeting at:
TIME: 4pm
Place: MAC-donalds east coast park. near the kiddy slide.
Distance: east coast park up and down... total= stupid 18km give take a little.

Come on all.. running or blading... come join our warm up session .. IT going to be "FUN"

Do you know how far it is from esat coast food village to mc'donalds, roughly?
When can I stop laughing?? Life is soooooo wonderful! :wink:

if you are looking out to the sea at mcdonalds... and you turn left and run to the end where safra is andback... total distance is about 14 km.

14km - 18km?? I dun think i can even last for 5km.. :oops:

Recently I ran from my place to mc'donalds and then continue to the end of the park, then came back. While I saw the marks on the ground, I guess that distance was about 10 kms. I dont think I can blade so far but running looks ok.
When can I stop laughing?? Life is soooooo wonderful! :wink:
