can anyone advise on medical insurance in Singapore?
Cost per month / availability / restrictions / etc
would also be interested in medical costs.
ie: visit to medical centre or hospital.
not that I am planning on becoming sick ..... but it would be nice to know the procedures and what to do in case such an event should occur!!!
we have a possible relocation to Singapore (from Australia) within 4 mths......
so would be especially interested in replies from expats with knowledge of Australian Medicare / medibank etc.
But all replies and advice most welcome!
regards, Leone

I also need this info as we need to give a $ figure to the company as we want this included in our package.......Can only find info on BUPA international but they are working out (for family cover with dental emergancies) as $1000 a month????? This seems very expensive to me? Other people have told us they think it's about $1200 a year or so but can't find anything on the net to back this up. If anyone has the name of medical insurance companies in Singapore it would be great if you could pass on the names/website etc...
Thanks, time is passing way too quick, feel very unprepaired for the move......
