Well, if he can afford it, he should find himself a GOOD internist and have a complete workup done to eliminate medical reasons. There's some syndrome or another that includes those symptoms you just described, if I remember correctly...
Anyway, if there's nothing medically wrong with him, he'll just have to tackle those things the way everyone else does... There's no real cure for eczema but he CAN lose weight and do hair weaving?
