Nope.. It's not a shaver. It's shaver like but it plucks out every hair. I tried on my fingers first of course. If it shaves, i will definitely not buy it, at first i'm like you dun believe it until my fren shows me her armpit and brought me there and show me. Hair will definitely become finer.

Anyway, i say what also hard to believe bcus i was like you at first. Go see it den you'll know. It's call Epilateur :wink:

hey,the place whre I go fr my threading do hv services like waxing,bleaching manicure & pedicure.It is in Jurong West pm me in u wanna knw the exact address. :D

Hmm.. i believe the place at little india, they don't only so threading but waxing and also manicure and pedicure at a very cheap rate.

I have only done waxing. May I ask how does threading works? Does it remove the hair by the root and how painful is it?

Yes they use both hands ,and pull the thread against your eyebrows then it pulls the hair from the roots.
For first timers ,yes it will be slightly painful like an ant bite but later you get used to it. Depends on where you stay , Threading is available ... but to go Serangoon just to do threading its not worth it, unless you stay ard there, or its near for you. I usually do mine at Clementi, before that was Yishun.
