Does anyone know where an adult can take Mandarin or Japanese classes on the Western part of the Island? Even just telling me about a good tutor would be great.

maybe u can join chinese grp here.Learn chinese..free..meet new frds..

I can try to teach u mandarin too from what i know.
But compare to professioner tutor,i not qualify...

Why dont you try www.pa.gov.sg ..it has all the course that you may wanna take up and cheap also ,since its offered by a Community Centre.
