Anyone using herbalife?

Those using Herbalife,I am just cuirous I went to a seminar where all of them who took h/b came there and shared their experiences.Most said they lost at least 3 kg in a month.. but i lost only 2 kg after 3 months!!! my distributor told me that my body is in a plateu period.

Now i have to force my self to drink water. Sometimes i take 2 meals a day. I take the shake,protein powder, total control n green tea. IS there anything lacking ???

I take Positrim (from nutrilite) and it works for me! comes in 3 flavours so u don't get bored with the same one all the time. comes in chocolate, coffee and vanilla flavour. a box of 14 sachets and cost less than $60/-.

Of cos you will feel hungry.For me, taking the shake not enough so I add in Protein Powder as well.I find that the protein powder helps to tone the flabby parts faster.

Yeah if you do feel hungry ,you can take fruits.Its healthy or yong tao foo.. but bear in mind,,it has to be at least 1 hr after takign the shake.

But dont take carbo lah or snacks.

i bought the b&H at 68 ..ok the blood type,i will get it from the next time.My herbalife distribuote told me , take it in the morning after my shake otr after dinner... now i m confused

must be some dishonest agent trying to spoil the market by keeeping more for their pocket!

dont worry. you would not have to abstain form carbo totally. probably, like if u usually scoop 3 full spoon of rice for dinner. now you try to scoop 2 to 2.5 spoon for a start. then take more of the side dishes to balance it up. but of course, your side dishes must not be full of oily fried food. like that even if the aboba speeds up the metabolism, their fats are still building up non-stop.

anyway if you like, i can recommand her to you. the price of the pdts ive got from her are never over-priced. plus she never pushes me to buy this and that. not like some agents that ive encounter before. i only ask about 1 product, they will force you to buy everything they have and call it a "package" =/

It will not be nice to say that my Distributor is cheating me or what so ever. For herbalife ,i registered as a member and she sold me the products at 25% discount.Also,everytime I need something ,she drives to my place and sends it to me.Payment wise, she is ok about it ,even if I delay to up to a month.

As for B&H , i did ask her ,how come she is selling at $68.She mentioned to me that If I had registered as a member than she can give me further discount.

And she always gives me good advice. Anyways, its individual preference.One thing I like is that ,she sends me the stuff first and I pay later. Why not ??
