Re: Anyone using herbalife?
Two of my friends were actually its dealers..some years back.kennix wrote:just wonder anyone using herbalife products...
Heard of the news that its founder had decreased some times back too.
Not sure if anyone took over the company after that.
My friends said that it was a great product. She took the slimming package and i did see the result~good!
Anyway,my friends have no longer dealing the products.
so are you trying out?
I used to take Herbalife's Formula 1 (it's a shake). While it is really effective, it can get really boring after a while, having to drink shakes day in day out. After the first month, the milky taste kind of scared me off. But many people I know really lost weight from it, provided they are disciplined enough to take it everyday.
the person who sold me the product told me that for people who really want to lose weight, they should take the shake for both breakfast and dinner, but they are allowed to eat a full lunch. in between if you really get hungry, you may take a fistful of unsweetened/unsalted nuts or fruits/berries.
However, for maintenance of weight, she said you can just take one it for dinner, and take a moderate brekkie and lunch. hope that helps!

Losing weight by taking pills aint gonna help much except for making your body hormones change. Take a look at olinder the ex singapore idol contestant, she got endorsement for slimming. It does wonders to her. But look at her face. It's still large isnt it? Ladies, many time fitness trainers tell pple time n time again that excercise is good enough but nobody wants to believe it cos they are just plain lazy. One thing abt losing weight, the main thing is to lose the calories intake everyday. Take only what a normal human need a day. Excess food turn into calories will be converted into fatty tissues thus contributing to all your extras flesh all over your body. start slow by taking a good breakfast meal everyday and a light lunch and dinner. Breakfast can be heavy because it is the main meal of the day and your body consumes all the energy from it. Do some light exercise such a jogging and swimming for about 15-30mins. you shall be amaze by your weight and body shape in just less then 2 mths. Continue doing this routines till your desire body shape.

I got it only at $95. U interested? I help you ask.
I am also a B+!!
How much did u got your B&H for? I take B&H before pills. They say its best before the meal.
Those using Herbalife,I am just cuirous I went to a seminar where all of them who took h/b came there and shared their experiences. Most said they lost at least 3 kg in a month.. but i lost only 2 kg after 3 months!!! my distributor told me that my body is in a plateu period.
Now i have to force my self to drink water. Sometimes i take 2 meals a day. I take the shake, protein powder, total control n green tea. IS there anything lacking ???
