Hi all,
i am working in this new company and after a short while i found it that i am not that happy working in this co and resigned. My old employer are willing to take me back and application for the workpermit have been approved.all i need now is the consent letter from my current employee.
i would like to know what happen if my current employee decide not to sign and chop the consent letter[part 3 of MOM foreign worker transfer]?is it legal for them to do that?what should i do to face this problem?
i really in need of an advice.
