Need help on setting up a small stall

I need to know where can i get a steel stall and the design of it. I am setting up a food stall but requires just 16-40sq/m of space with electrical plug around just like the space of a bubbletea shop. Any good suggestions of location of my stall be? Supplier of convectional oven, plastic bags plastic covers in good price to recommend? Need helps and info as i am just 21. Thanks =)
