im joining my friend for the REAL run this 20th Aug at Sentosa?

hmmm...i havent ben to the training runs...my friend and i arent really avid runners...just participating to soak in the atmosphere.i figure we will be walking at least half the way...lol

but i will advise you to start training
running on the sand of the beach is really no joke.
and you need to hit the beach before it gets too hot in mid morning
