where to learn Norwegian in Singapore

anyone can help. need to learn Norwegian for about 1 month.
search web but couldnot find.

Have you tried contacting the consulate for Norway? I know OFS has Norwegian school on Thursday or Friday afternoons in the canteen, but it is for the students and only during semester time. Good Luck!
