Goodwill or Salvation Army

Post by movingsoon » Sat, 29 Jul 2006 12:25 am

Is there something similar in Singapore?

These places in the US basically accept donation of furnitures, clothes, etc.

Let's just say we are moving with things we will not need. It's a long story on how our shipment got messed up.

Are there places in Singapore that take similar items, charities?
Most of the items are very useable household items but it has no place in a 1,500 sq ft apartment.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Yes, I've seen more than one Salvation Army store on the island, and drop off locations, too, so that is definitely an option, plus lots of other charities, etc. to give to. :)
