HYIP set up from singapore

Hi there, jus wondering if it is illegal to download a HYIP script and set up a HYIP website from singapore.

Will i get sue or held by singapore's authority?

You'd probably fall afoul of MLM/pyramid scheme legislation, see the sticky in this forum.
