what is the meaning of the words: hold relevant residence statue? It occurs in many companies' recruitment advertisements. Does it simply mean 'PR'? I am a chinese with years of working experience and want to find a company which can help me to apply for 'EP' . thand you in advance. 8-)

I think you mean status, in which case it means the company does not intend to apply for you an EP. You must be legally entitled to work in Singapore so, yes, a citizen or PR.
