Not wroth going during rainy season... nothing much you can do? You cant do any seasports. None much to buy too. I go with club Med and all things are inculuded. Eg: Full board, snorkeling equipments are provided and even windsurfing. The GO there are very friendly and helpful
Even there is rain when i was there but still get to see the sun, do sailing and snorkeling.

Avoid going april to november.. prices are cheaper as it is rainy season and when it rains there it really does rain! The only place you can shop is in Male and it is really touristy stuff, quite tacky to be honest. I stayed on Kuredu twice and highly recommend it, big island so good to walk around although a little far from airport.

Hey, i stayed in th maldives at Evason(Gili) and Soneva (Fushi).
All i have o say is ka-ching!!... Bloody expensive! avoid going during rainy season if you want sun, BUT that being said, if you are a diver, I highly recommend it! You're going t get wet anyway!... the waters there are crystal even though it is the rainy season, It is just beatiful there.!!
