Sending Money to the US ?

Post by SiamJim » Sun, 23 Jul 2006 11:23 am

What is the cheapest way to send money to the US? I will have to start sending a fairly large amount each month and my bank is taking the piss with their fees.

I get paid in S$ so I need to do an FX transaction as part of the process.

Western Union or Thomas Cook?

Kim,

Sorry for all the questions but I'm travelling at the moment and cannot get to WU.

Does WU charge a flat fee for transfers or a % of the amount xfered?
