Very surprise that the advises given here are mostly "hear say" "I think" "Maybe".

Well, the best is to check it out yourself.

Call up MOM, ICA, CPF Board, HBD or whatever department that you think should be able to help you. They even online now.

Don't totally believe what you read here or hear from someone. Just check it out yourself. ok?
