Hi,

I'm going to reply with a long life story.

When I met my girlfriend 6 years ago, I noticed that she had to visit her gynae every couple of weeks for her yeast/candida problem.

Her gynae would prescribe antibiotics (which in my opinion is a no-no) and steriod cream which is doubly no-no).

Anyway, after 1 week taking and applying the medication, her symptom will clear up, but 3 weeks later, it will reappear again.

I suggested that she consult with a friend of mine who is a Naturopath, Doctor of Natural medicine.

At the end of the 2 hours consultation, the Naturopathic Doc recommended 3 approaches.

1) remove mecury fillings from her teeth - as she had some mecury posioning

2) to consume supplements to boost up immune system

3) to go on a special diet for 3 weeks.

At the end of the 3 weeks till today, which has been 6 years, my girlfriend has never gone back to see the naturopath or her gynae for her candida.

I am a believer of natural and alternative health care, it has less or neglegible side effects.

Hope this info is useful for you. if you need more info, you can email me at kenosr@singnet.com.sg

Thank you Kenn for your reply.

So your friend chose the 3 week special diet. Do you know what is the diet content?

Hi,

Great to hear from you.

Her special diet, She had to cut out her sugar intake for 3 weeks.

The reason I told you the story is to share with you an alternative healing method for your condition.

But I must emphasise that this course of action was recommended to her after she underwent some allergy test and consultation with the naturopath, because your situation may be completely different from hers.

By the way, this naturopath will be presenting a talk on 22nd on Virgin Coconut Oil, which can also be used to treat candida you can go to www.marenococonut.com for more info.

God Bless

hi janicet

I do have the same problem.
It will clear up and reappear again.

So a friend recommended me to take Spirulina health supplement to boost up my immune system.
As spirulina also suppresses bad bacteria like e-coli & candida yeast and stimulates beneficial flora like lactobacillus and bifidobacteria.

So till today I have no more reoccurance. :D
