Tenancy agreement, viewing clause

Post by Biker » Thu, 13 Jul 2006 1:58 am

Hello,

Is it normal for Singapore tenancy agreements to include a clause that allows the landlord to show the apartment to interested parties, if he decides to sell it?
I have been proposed an agreement that allows the Landlord to bring any interested parties to view the apartment every once a week on either Saturday or Sunday from 12noon to 6pm. Any comments?

Biker,

Yes, that's a standard clause, but you can come to an agreement with your Landlord on the frequency, like what you've mentioned...once a week, or twice a week, etc.
