Incorp Nevada company in Singapore?

Anyone know of any company secretary firm who does incorporation of Nevada company in Singapore?

You don't incorporate a Nevada company in Singapore. You incorporate a company in Singapore and the Nevada company becomes the only shareholder to make it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nevada company. Usually this is done by creating a private limited company.

You don't need to lawyer to file... you do need a lawyer to understand the ramifications of holding a Singapore subsidiary.

You can form a branch company of your nevada company
or you can form a LLP ( which is similar with LLC at States ) with 2 partners

I just need a company secretary who has connections in Nevada to incorporate a Nevada Private limited company in Nevada. This Singaporean company sec does all the paper work, that's all. I know of company secretaries who do BVI, Bermuda, Delaware and Seycelles incorporation in Singapore. But I have not heard of any who incorporate Nevada companies. I am not interested in incorporating any Singapore company.

Just do a google search on "incorporate nevada company" and you will get a bunch of firms in the US that will do the whole thing online.
