dilemma, can you tell ask some of the example questions? I am wondering how is it like? How many made to next round after the test? Was it MCQ questions?

heyy =)
basically mgmt rd is to know more abt u and wad is it u have that makes them wan to accept u in SIA..the interviewers are friendly and do make u feel at ease....
but u still gotta present urself well and be honest with them...the questions are rather impromptu based on wad u reply..but basic ones are qns like:
1) tell me more bt urself and ur family
2) are you sure abt joining SIA?
3) wad is customer service to you?
3)*they give u situational qn* such as i.e difficult customer, wad wld u do?

den....no singlish....smile sincerely...office wear...and be natural...they don really like girls who appear to be fake in a way..
hmm..thats bt it..jus be urself with a gd posture and right attitude..
everything else shld go smoothly i guess?

hehe..thank you! im happy too! but medical is not over yet..so it means nothing is finalised yet.. =)

urs is on fri? did u attend the swim test with me? cos we have a grp of girls attending on fri mgmt interview too..
mine was at 3pm....after tea party and some form filling..its 6 already? mgmt interview will last abt 15mins per person? andn so far..my batch 8/13 got in and todays one was 8/12....

remember to look neat! professional and humble! =)

Ya, i went on monday too. Same batch to undergo the water confidence test. Seems like they will eliminate half in all rounds. Thanx for sharing ur experience ya! Wish me luck tmr!
