try sim lim square. i purchased mine there. 1 year old IBM T series for $900. i believe i saw an apple one there, in good condition for $800. look around 4th floor.

hardwarezone.com forums... they have a marketplace/ garage sales thing.. im pretty sure there are pple selling laptops.

i bought a few gadget there myself and its pretty ok to me.. hope it helps.
