i am aware that the duration of the permit a foreign worker is holding is either 1 yr or 2 yr. i am trying to search whether any agencies do have worker in hand tat loan out to contractors for short period of time.Think MOM had a new scheme tat allow companies to loan out their workers to other companies as long as they are doing construction services too.

If you know any of the larger construction companies they may have workers to spare who you can rent out from under them on day rates if you cannot get a permit yourself. You could always try the Ministry of Manpower and see if they can help you in the short time.

Hi,

I am working in an employment agency specialise in foreign workers, you can try getting malaysian unfortunately nowadays they are quite picky on jobs. The best to rely is China workers and the work permit is normally for 2 years. Do you have manyear as if you dont have this you cant apply for china also. If you need to get china workers, you can contact me...its illegal to get workers from other construction, MOM is very strict on this and the penalty is not worth it

Cheers,

Cyndy
