Used to go to the one in Caltex. I liked it: not much in the way of frills, but there are lots and lots of machines (on two levels to boot) and very few people, esp. if you show up outside peak hours.

$80-ish, depending on the promo of the day and how well you nego.

thanks for an indication...

80ish? the seller in PF was offering 115! :o
Well, I will consider whether I speak to them again, after all, so many other gyms around...!

I really hate how you have to haggle (they call it negotiating here) for everything here in SG! They call it getting the best out of the deal, we call it ripping-off.
Why they just cannot have fixed plans in these gyms?

Hi,

I just joined PF and i actually liked it because among the other gyms, i believed that they have the most fixed price plans.
The only way to have a lower fee per month will be based on the number of months you sign up because they will give you free membership months, which would inturn lower the fee per month. Otherwise, the fee for each month is rather fixed depending on promotions.
Perhaps you would want to speak to a very helpful sales consultant who attended to me.
His name is Ross at Planet Fitness Suntec City and i observed that he has been attending to expats more. He can be reached at 91519724. Perhaps you might find something worth your penny with him.
