nothing comes easy. Even if the product itself really works, you still have to keep up with a balanced diet + exercise regularly. Otherwise, you'd gain twice what you've lost (normally).
Also, the only idea of dietary supplement is either to curb your cravings or else to give you more energy. Truthfully, I wouldn't go for any of those options, since those pills are not FDA approved and will only hurt your liver after long-term using it.
So why don't you try exercise at least 2 times a week, eat less than what you've normally consumed and no later than 8 pm for dinner ^__^ Good luck!
