Condo comparison

Post by cosmokick » Fri, 07 Jul 2006 2:03 am

Hi,

I'm moving to Singapore from New York at the end of the summer.. been looking online.. but am curious to get some feedback on any of the following places:

The Arris
UE Square
River Place
The Quayside

Any thoughts?

I'm 30, single, no children.. looking to be close to mass transit.. will be working at Intl Plaza.. would of course like to have bars, restaurants, shops etc nearby. I'd like to keep my rent around $2800-$3000..

Thanks very much,

We lived at the Quayside for a year, to be honest, it's a lovely location but the facilities aren't that great and after looking around we realised it was very expensive for what you get. Personally, I'd go for River Place, great pool, gym, club room and near to bars etc.

Cheers,
