Unlock GSM Phone?

Hi.

I have a GSM phone from T-Mobile in U.S., but it doesn't work in Singapore due to Subsidary PIN.
In U.S., there are many shops to unlock GSM phones, and I wonder if there is any that kind of service in Singapore.
Does anyone have same experience??

1. Try a search. This has been asked before.

2. Almost every 2nd-hand-cellphone store in the local hawker centers can do this.
