Hello, are there services where I can hire a cook (preferably Indian food) to cook a few days worth of food at their restaurant/home and deliver it to my apartment? I would be interested in finding a person who could cook a few days worth of just 1 or 2 meat dishes and 1 or 2 vegetable dishes and deliver them twice a week. Any idea how much I might have to pay for something like this?

Thanks bunty, are there any restaurants you can recommend that make good North Indian/Punjabi style food (meat and veg) for reasonable prices?

Some catering company do daily home delivery, mostly chinese foods but I am sure you can find some Indian ones too. They even have company specialise on Organic or vegetarian foods.
Check on Yellow pages home delivery or catering. Good luck!
