Letter of Consent

Post by Tuenyi » Tue, 04 Jul 2006 1:44 pm

I'm an employment pass holder and just relocated to SG in mid-May. My husband who holds a dependant pass got a job offer now. I know that he needs to apply for a Letter of Consent.

Does anyone have such experience? How long does it take upon submission of the application form? The company wanted my husband to start working as soon as possible.

Any inputs will be appreciated! Thanks!

Very fast. Wifey got it in a week after application. Just go to MoM website and go through the procedure correctly and there should be no problem.

Good luck!

Thank you for your reply. My husband submitted the application on July 4 --- it's already 10 days by now, but still hear nothing from the MOM. Don't know if there is any problem.

Sometimes it can take longer....three weeks is roughly a good time to wait for LOC to be processed. Others are luckier ;)
