Where can I buy fresh, cheap Indian Food ingredients?

Post by Kucinta » Wed, 28 Jun 2006 2:06 pm

Hi, I'm hoping to buy:
1.lentils/chickpeas and other pulses
2. besan (chickpea flour) what is it called in Singapore? How to pronounce?
3.common spices like cinnamon/turmeric/saffron and curry mixes

Do I go to Tekka Market or Mustafa's? I'm not familiar with Little India. Thanks!
