what are the procedures like for an american citizen to relocate to singapore? if any expat well-seasoned by the singaporean bureaucracy ;) could help...

you need a job or start a business

and don't forget the changes to overseas taxes for US citizens.

the cap on housing is only $11K. That's very low in comparison to market rates in Singapore.
