Hi, can anyone advise me if itis good for health to go fr sauna 4 times per week?
Many Scandinavians go every day, then roll around in the snow to cool off. Supposedly very good for your heart.

Dear frens, I am considering buying a portable aircon for my living room to cool down the heat from the roof top and especially Singapore having such a hot weather. Can anyone advise me is this portable aircon useful and the heat coming out fm the pipe, isit very hot?
