Anybody got in to e management round?
thanks VT and Matt for your comments. Like what VT mentioned, i got a confirmed answer from an ex-silkair FA that everyone gets the same basic salary.
Aside to Matt, actually having a degree and working for Silkair FA is not that bad. In fact, i know of some others (degree holders) happily working in there. Just my opinion...
But thanks ppl!

final interview aka mgmt interview
Hi all,
During the final interview, two men(1 Indian & 1Chinese) and one observer were sitting at a table while i was sitting on a chair in front of them (1 m away). So theres no table to block u. they can see ur full posture and legs. so better to wear pants.
The interviewers were friendly, casual and put me at ease.
The following questions were posed to me...
1. Introduce urself and ur family.
2. What is ur most happiest experience memory wrt customer service.
3. Do you do any house work? Are u aware tht u have to wash toilets?
4. You can do customer service anywhere. What made u choose SIA? Why SIA? (so it helps to do homework and find out wat makes SIA stand out and why u wanna join)
5. Are you intending to get married in the near future? (Never say yes)
6. Do u have a bf and wat is his reaction to u joining SIA?
The whole thing lasted abt 20 minutes. While they probed me based on my responses. These were the main direction the questions went for me.
Hope you've learnt somthing fr my experience.

Do you know what happens if we do not have anyone to act as guarantor?
do you mean a guarantor when you're signing the bond? If so, it is complusory to have a guarantor...if not, you cannot join silkair...and that goes for othe airlines too. This is because if you break the bond before the stated period, you'll need to pay a lump sum of money so someone has to be there to witness it.
