hmm.. for pilots... i guess u needa send in your application and wait for them to shortlist you.

SQ doesnt employ female pilots to fly their passenger jets. SQ prefers to employ foreign pilots rather than employ their own local pilots with CPL and 200 over hours. Ok, I sound kinda bitter but that is how it is. They prefer to employ Malaysian pilots as their cadet but not Singaporeans. Shit, another bitter statement.

Anyway, the female pilot from Silkair was a former RSAF chopper pilot. There are a couple of female pilots that is employed by SQ but they don't fly the passenger jets. I do know of one, who is currently training in Jandakot to become an instructor.
